Application & Process
The Pharmateq Tablet or Capsule Inspection Machine is designed for the visual inspection of tablets, both coated and uncoated, of all sizes. It ensures efficient quality control at high speeds while maintaining an excellent inspection rate.
Tablets or capsules to be inspected are loaded into the hopper and automatically placed onto the conveyor belt through vibration. At one end of the belt, an operator inspects the front side of the tablets, while at the other end, a second operator inspects the reverse side. The machine features an endless nylon conveyor belt, driven by a variable-speed motor, designed to allow inspection of both the front and reverse sides of the tablets.
An optional dust extractor can be added to collect dust particles. Rejected tablets are directed into trays, while 100% perfect tablets are collected in a drum.
