IBC- Bin Loader
**Application & Process**
The Pharmateq IPC Bin Loader is designed for dust-free material transfer and discharge in pharmaceutical industries without human contact. It is used to load powder into HSMG bowls, tablet press hoppers, blenders, blister pack machines, and more.
The system includes a main frame, bin-fixing arm, hydraulic lifting device, and pivot base. The arm, powered by a hydraulic cylinder, lifts and positions the bin over the inlet of processing equipment, allowing material to be discharged by opening a valve. The main frame can rotate 360 degrees for flexibility.
