o The discharge cone is fitted with a 250mm diameter butterfly valve at the bottom with a silicon rubber seat. It can be provided with a pneumatic actuator for opening or closing the
butterfly valve without reaching for it, using pneumatic controls.
o The hydraulic power pack can be mounted over the service floor so that the column of the tipper acts as a pendant, and hydraulic lines along with electric cables can travel above the
working area slab.
o A suitable view glass window is provided on the conical tapering portion of the tipper, which acts as a viewing window.
o The device features a stainless steel lift yoke with integral rotation drives for the rotation of the discharge cone and container.
