Application & Process
The Pharmateq Laboratory Oscillating Granulator is designed for wet and dry granulation and is widely used in research laboratories across pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.
Material is loaded from the top through an in-feed hopper, where it falls onto the rotor blades. The oscillating bars, arranged in a cylindrical form over a suitable mesh screen, break down the particles. As the knife edges on the rotor move, the particles are reduced in size. The downsized material is then pushed through the sieve and exits from the bottom opening for further processing.
