The Pharmateq compact LABOmix High Shear Mixer Granulator is a versatile multi-purpose processor designed for high-speed dispersion of dry powders, aqueous or solvent-based granulations, effervescent products, and melt pelletization.

The new Pharmateq LABOmix-High Shear Mixer Granulator series stands out with its compact construction, modern design, and user-friendly features. Its ergonomic design ensures ease of use, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

The overall concept of the new LABOmix is based on similar processes used in production models, focusing on consistency, ease of operation, and effortless cleaning. The mixing bowl is designed with a shallow and wide diameter to ensure consistent vortex mixing using the main impeller and granulation by the chopper blade. 

A typical process involves a 3-minute dry mix, followed by granulation through the manual addition of a binder or using a pressurized spraying unit. After 3-5 minutes, free-flowing granules are produced and can then be rapidly discharged.
