**Application & Process**  
The Pharmateq Laboratory Mixer is designed for the uniform mixing of both dry and wet materials, making it particularly suitable for use in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.

This mixer features a rigid, fabricated structure that includes a motor, gearbox, mixing drum, stirrer, and tilting mechanism. The mixing drum, made of stainless steel, is equipped with a stirrer and a sealing arrangement. The mixing paddle is powered by a motor through a gearbox, ensuring efficient mixing. The tilting device facilitates easy material unloading and simplifies the cleaning of the mixing drum.  

The stirrer can be customized with either a ribbon or paddle design, depending on the specific requirements of the machine. The mixing process can be monitored through an acrylic dust cover, which also helps control dust and contamination. This cover has a hinged feature that allows the addition of solutions during operation, and it is interlocked to ensure the container remains sealed during the mixing process.
