Lab Liquid Syrup Manufacturing Plant
**Application & Process**
The Pharmateq New LABOsyrupplant is a lab-scale automatic oral syrup manufacturing plant designed for R&D in the pharmaceutical industry. It facilitates the process of syrup production:
1. Sugar crystals and water are melted in a vessel with steam. Additives are manually mixed at a set temperature.
2. The melted sugar is filtered and transferred to the manufacturing vessel, where it's mixed with more additives.
3. After filtration, the syrup is stored in a tank under agitation for further trials and R&D.
