The Pharmateq compact NewLABOextrude utilizes high-precision technology primarily in the pharmaceutical, chemical, agrochemical, and food industries. Designed with mechatronics and compliant with cGMP requirements, it is a highly efficient, energy-saving, safe, and clean machine that converts mixed dough into fixed-diameter extrudates or needles.

The Lab Extruder consists of two main components: the die screen, which can be customized to various sizes, and the pressing screw. As the material is extruded, needles are formed and cut to a specified length by a cutter blade. The sieve size can vary from 0.5 to 5 mm in hole size. To convert the extrudates into spherical pellets, a Spher'oidizer should be used in conjunction with the extruder.
