Application & Process  
The Laboratory-scale conventional coating machine is designed for film and sugar coating applications. It is available with stainless steel coating pans in sizes of 12", 14", 16", 18", and 20". The machine features a fabricated structure enclosed in stainless steel, along with a motor and reduction gearbox for the drive unit. 

It is equipped with a variable speed drive that allows operation at speeds ranging from 5 to 15 RPM, adjustable through a variable speed pulley. To minimize foundation vibration, the machine is mounted on anti-vibration pads. 

Additionally, a separate hot air blower system is provided on a trolley for easy cleaning and setup. This system includes a thermostat controller that allows temperature selection between 40°C and 100°C, facilitated by an electric heater. The complete setup includes a suitable motor, blower, piping, and nozzle for efficient hot air flow.
