**Application & Process**

The Pharmateq Laboratory Vibro Sifter, known for its high capacity and compact design, is ideal for processing small batches of pharmaceutical materials and conducting research in pharmacy colleges, as well as research and development laboratories.

The machine features a full stainless steel fabrication structure, equipped with a Vibro motor, 12" sieve, and is mounted on three castor wheels for easy mobility.

It operates based on the principle of 'Gyratory Motion.' Material is fed at the center of the screen and moves in a spiral path towards the periphery, allowing finer particles to fall through. This method gently separates materials with minimal abrasion, ensuring an efficient and controlled sieving process without applying additional force on coarser particles.
