Application & Process
The Pharmateq Effervescent Tablet Bottling Machine is designed to pack larger diameter, thinner tablets into bobbin bottles or tubes. The machine comprises several key components, including a bobbin bottle hopper, tablet charging hopper, vibrating tablet feeder, tablet tunnel, tube inverter, cap vibrating feeder, and tube capping unit.

The process starts with effervescent tablets being loaded into the hopper. They are fed through a vibratory feeder into a vertical tablet tunnel, where they are aligned and fed into bobbin bottles or tubes in single rows with overlapping placement. Empty bottles or tubes are loaded from a cassette-type magazine into the machine. Once filled, the bottles or tubes are moved to a vertical position for capping. Caps are fed via a vibrating feeder, and the tube moves under the capping unit to securely cap the bottles or tubes. The filled and capped containers are discharged via a chute and rotary table.

This machine features advanced PLC controls with an HMI touch screen for centralized process management. Fiber and photoelectric sensors ensure synchronized operations and provide alerts for issues like missing tablets, tubes, or caps. Designed to meet cGMP standards, the machine is user-friendly and ensures efficient, precise packaging of effervescent tablets.

In summary, the PHARMATEK Effervescent Tablet Bottling Machine offers efficient, accurate bottling of larger effervescent tablets, with advanced controls, synchronized processes, and full compliance with industry standards.
