Packing Conveyor Belt
Application & Process
The Pharmateq Packing Conveyor Belt features a stainless steel tabletop with a moving endless sandwich belt at its center. The tabletop is fixed to a sturdy structure made of SS square pipes and supported by adjustable bolts. It provides 12 inches of working space on both sides of the conveyor belt, allowing for final visual inspection and packing into boxes.
The conveyor belt efficiently transports containers or products from labeling, blistering, or strip machines. Operators then pick up the bottles or products, visually inspect them, and perform necessary actions such as primary or secondary packing, or placing them in the appropriate areas.
