The Pharmateq Fluid Bed Dryer fluidizes particles with an upward air stream through a perforated sheet, lifting and moving them while heated air evaporates fluids and dries the solids.
It features optimal bowl volume, controlled air velocity and temperature, and effective filtration. Key design aspects include perforation pitch, leak-proof sealing, and advanced PLC controls with an HMI touch screen for precise process management and consistent performance.
An inbuilt CIP system ensures thorough cleaning between batches, preventing cross-contamination.
