Application & Process
The Pharmateq Automatic Monoblock Dry Syrup Powder Filling & Sealing Machine uses vacuum-based rotary technology for filling and sealing bottles in industries like pharmaceuticals, food, and agrochemicals.
The machine is compact, stainless steel-built, and equipped with synchronized drives for filling and sealing. Bottles are conveyed to 16 station funnels, where powder is filled using vacuum suction and adjustable pistons. Excess powder is scraped off, and air or nitrogen flushes the powder into bottles.
After filling, bottles are sealed with caps via a rotary capping head before being conveyed for inspection, labeling, or packing.
