Pharmateq Automatic Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling Machine uses a syringe, piston, and nozzle for filling liquids in pharmaceutical, food, dairy, agrochemical, and beverage industries.
The compact unit features an S.S. slat conveyor, syringe and piston drive, and reciprocating nozzle with self-centering devices. It includes a no container, no filling system and a synchronized variable gear motor drive.
Containers are positioned below the nozzles by a pneumatically operated stopper system, ensuring precise filling without spillage. Liquid is drawn by the syringe and piston assembly and dispensed through the nozzle, with adjustable doses and minimal foaming due to the nozzle's controlled upward movement during filling.
