The Pharmateq Automatic Single/Double Head Auger Type Powder Filler is designed for filling non-free flowing, fluffy, and sticky powders into bottles, such as pharmaceutical powders, talcum powder, tooth powder, custard powder, pesticide powders, and ground spices. It operates on the principle of positive screw displacement. Precisely designed augers dispense the product through funnels, with containers conveyed via a conveyor belt. Two separate filling heads are mounted on a top plate with a pillar, enabling inline filling.

The process begins with empty bottles fed onto a conveyor belt from a turntable. As bottles reach the filling heads, sensors trigger the electromagnetic clutch to rotate the augers, filling the bottles with the desired powder quantity. The filling amount is controlled by a timer, and auger speed is adjustable via variable speed drives. After filling, pneumatic cylinders release the bottles, allowing them to move forward on the conveyor for further processing.
