Application & Process
The Pharmateq Tablet or Capsule Inspection Machine is designed for high-speed, visual inspection of tablets, both coated and uncoated, ensuring strict quality control while maintaining an efficient inspection rate.
Process:

Tablets or capsules are loaded into the hopper and automatically fed onto the conveyor belt via vibration. At one end, an operator inspects the 'Front' side, and at the other end, a second operator inspects the 'Reverse' side.

The machine features an endless nylon conveyor belt, driven by a variable-speed motor, allowing for thorough inspection of both sides of each tablet.

An optional dust extractor collects excess dust, while rejected tablets are funneled into rejection trays. Perfect tablets are collected in a dedicated drum for further processing.
