Its automatic model features a roller spacing device that allows for minimal to no change parts, streamlining the labeling process.
In operation, containers are positioned on a conveyor, spaced evenly by the roller spacing device, which creates consistent gaps between them. At the labeling point, an electronic product sensor detects each container and releases a label from the self-adhesive label roll. If the machine is equipped with a batch printing device, it can print the batch number and other relevant information on the label while it remains stationary between the dispensing of two labels.
As the sensed container continues along the conveyor, it picks up the released label. The labeled container then moves through a rubber pressing belt and a stationary rubber pad, ensuring a neat and secure application of the label around the container's diameter. This results in a professional and precise finish.
