The Pharmateq Automatic Single Side Sticker Labeling Machine is a user-friendly solution for full or partial wrap-around labeling on various container shapes and sizes, including PET, plastic, HDPE, LDPE, and glass bottles. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food products industries.
Capable of labeling up to 150 containers per minute, depending on product and label size, this machine features an automatic roller spacing device that eliminates the need for change parts.
Containers are positioned on the conveyor and spaced evenly using the roller spacing device. At the labeling point, an electronic sensor detects the container and releases a label from the self-adhesive label roll. If equipped with a batch printing device, the batch number and other details are printed on the label while it is stationary, between the dispensing of two labels.
The container then picks up the label as it moves along the conveyor. A rubber pressing belt and a stationary rubber pad ensure the label is firmly and neatly affixed to the container's surface as it progresses down the line.
