Application:
This semi-automatic machine is ideal for small to medium-scale production environments. It offers greater efficiency compared to manual filling and sealing, while being more cost-effective than fully automatic machines. The machine is versatile, handling various tube sizes and materials, making it suitable for a broad range of products and industries.
Process:
Operators manually load empty tubes into the machine’s tube holders or magazine, depending on the machine's design. The product to be filled is placed in a hopper or reservoir, and the machine dispenses the pre-set amount into each tube using a piston or pump-based system.
In some models, the machine also correctly orients the tubes before filling, ensuring that the opening is properly positioned for sealing. After the tubes are filled, they are manually placed under the sealing mechanism, where the machine seals them using methods like heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or crimping, depending on the product and tube type.
If required, the machine can be equipped with coding or marking capabilities to print batch numbers, expiration dates, or other important information on the tubes. Once the sealing and any coding are complete, the operator removes the filled and sealed tubes from the machine.
Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential to ensure the machine's proper functioning and extend its lifespan. This is usually performed by the operator or maintenance personnel.
