Application & Process
The Pharmateq Automatic Screw Cap Sealing Machine is used for sealing bottles in pharmaceuticals, food, dairy, agrochemicals, and beverage industries.
This compact and versatile unit is enclosed in a stainless steel body with an elegant matte finish. It consists of an automatic conveyor belt, pick & place cap feeding unit, and a single-head screw capping unit with gear motor drive. The filled bottle is automatically moved toward the capping head on a slat belt, where the cap is picked up from the pick & place type feeding unit. The capping head moves up and down with rotation, securely sealing the cap onto the bottle. After sealing, the bottles are moved forward for further processing on the conveyor.
