Application & Process

The Pharmateq CIP/WIP system is designed for in-place cleaning and washing of vessels, tanks, bins, fluid bed equipment, high shear mixers, blenders, auto coaters, and IBC bins.

We offer two types of CIP/WIP systems:

Trolley Mounted CIP system with controls.
Complete closed CIP/WIP system for bin washing.

The Trolley Mounted Pharmateq CIP system includes inlet connections with pneumatic operated valves for plain water, hot water, detergent, and demineralized water, all connected to a pressurized pump and spraying ball via a supply pipe on the machine. This system is controlled by a PLC system with a touch screen HMI, operating according to the set washing cycle times for both the inlet and outlet as needed.

The Trolley Mounted Pharmateq CIP/WIP system comprises:

High pressure pump
Inlet connection with pneumatic valve
Outlet connection with pneumatic valve
Pneumatic control panel
Electric control panel with PLC and HMI touch screen

The Prism CIP/WIP system can also be supplied with additional features such as a liquid detergent tank and a hot water generator, based on customer requirements.

Salient Features:

Designed to comply with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
All contact parts are made from AISI 316/316L stainless steel, and non-contact parts are AISI 304.
The CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) system enables automatic cleaning using plain water, hot water, detergent, demineralized water, and rinse solutions without the need for major disassembly and reassembly.
Mobile CIP/WIP system suitable for cleaning HSMG, FBD, vessels, tanks, auto coaters, bins, and more.
Capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.
The CIP system can be equipped with reservoirs for detergent and rinse solutions, as well as pumping and heating capabilities.
The washing process involves multiple cycles, recycling rinsing material through vessels, pumps, valves, and other process equipment.
Cleaning can be automated or manual, ensuring a reliable process that meets stringent hygiene standards required by the food, dairy, beverage, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries.
All operations occur within a sealed pipeline, making the system easy to operate, efficient, and compliant with high sanitary requirements.
