The Pharmateq Visual Bottle Inspection Machine is designed for inspecting filled bottles for foreign particles, leaks, and overall quality standards, particularly for the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Process:

• The machine includes a three-track conveyor with a lighting system and a visual inspection background featuring alternating black and white panels for clear inspection.

• The stainless steel structure supports a moving S.S. slat chain, with the frame made from S.S. square pipes and adjustable bolts.

• Bottles are transported from the capping machine onto the central conveyor belt. They are automatically divided onto two adjoining belts, where operators inspect the bottles against the black and white background for any particles, sealing defects, or breakages.

• After inspection, approved bottles are returned to the central track for labeling.
