Application & Process
Pharmateq's versatile Strip Packing Machines are designed for high-speed, precise packaging of various products, including pharmaceuticals like coated and uncoated tablets, soft and hard gelatin capsules, confectionery items, electronic components, and more. Capable of handling up to 2400 units per minute, products move from the hopper through a stainless steel feeding system into sealing roller cavities. Laminated foils drawn from rollers pack and seal the items into continuous strips, which are then cut to the desired size by vertical and horizontal cutter assemblies.
