The Pharmateq Rotary Bottle Washing Machine is a compact and highly efficient device with an elegant design. This multifunctional, feature-rich machine adheres to GMP requirements for washing glass and plastic bottles. It operates on the rotary principle using a "GENEVA" mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading of bottles.
Bottles are placed on a rotating platform and cleaned through a series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders accommodate bottles with varying neck diameters. These cup-shaped holders secure the bottles in an inverted position. External cleaning is performed by spraying showers. Solenoid valves are included to regulate wash timings and the sequence of various washing media, tailored to specific requirements.
