The Pharmateq Semi-Automatic Air Jet Bottle Washing Machine is a compact, stainless steel unit with adjustable height legs for convenience. This versatile machine meets GMP requirements for washing both glass and plastic bottles. It features a linear mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading.

Operation:

Containers are manually placed into pockets on the machine's top plate. A continuous vacuum system in the cleaning section activates when photo sensors detect the containers. Air is flushed inside the container neck while the vacuum system simultaneously sucks out any dislodged particles.
