Application & Process

The Pharmateq Automatic Monoblock Rotary Liquid Bottle Filling & Sealing Machine operates on a volumetric principle with a rotary head incorporating syringes, pistons, and nozzles. It is designed for filling liquids into bottles in the pharmaceutical, food, dairy, agrochemical, and beverage industries.

The Pharmateq Automatic Rotary Piston Filling and Sealing Machine is a versatile, self-supporting unit built with stainless steel structures. It features a rotary head with precision drives for both filling and sealing. The machine is compact, robust, and elegantly finished in stainless steel with a matt polish. It incorporates a "No Container - No Filling - No Sealing" system for enhanced efficiency.

Bottles are fed from a washing machine or unscrambler onto an SS slat conveyor. They move beneath the filling nozzles via a feed worm and in-feed star wheel. The filling station comprises a volumetric filling head and a central rotating liquid reservoir tank, which is replenished continuously by an external source. The liquid level in the reservoir tank is monitored by a floating level switch that actuates a pneumatically operated solenoid valve to maintain optimal liquid flow. Fill volume adjustment is synchronized for all syringes using a screw mechanism, with fine adjustments possible for individual syringes.

After filling, the star wheel transfers the containers beneath the sealing head. During this process, bottles pick up caps from the delivery chute of the cap-feeding bowl. The container body and neck are precisely aligned under the rotating sealing head, ensuring accurate threading and sealing. The sealed bottles are then directed for further processes, including inspection, labeling, or packaging.
