**Application & Process**
The Pharmateq Paddle Mixer Blender is designed for efficient wet and dry mixing in industries like pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, cosmetics, and plastics. It effectively blends powders, granules, short fibers, moist solids, and pasty substances, even highly viscous masses, ensuring uniform distribution of particle sizes and densities without segregation.
The mixer uses a multi-zoned paddle stirrer with fluidization technology to achieve quick and homogeneous mixing in 30 to 60 seconds. The paddles move the material in both lateral and radial directions within a U-shaped drum, driven by a motor and gearbox.
