The Lab Sigma Kneader consists of a twin-basin kneading system with two horizontally arranged blades that are interlocked and strip material from each other as they rotate in opposite directions. This results in thorough cross-mixing of raw materials. The close proximity of the blades to the trough walls and each other creates a shearing and tearing effect that aids in reducing the size of solid particles. The shape and speed of the blades can be adjusted to achieve optimal mixing results.
