The Pharmateq compact NewLABO spheroidizer utilizes high-precision technology, primarily in the pharmaceutical, chemical, agrochemical, and food industries. This equipment, designed with advanced mechatronics and in compliance with cGMP standards, is energy-efficient, safe, and hygienic, effectively converting extruded needles into uniformly sized pellets.

The Lab Spheroidizer features a chequered plate that rotates at variable speeds, with its design tailored to the size of the pellets being processed in the drum. Additionally, a layering device, used for drug loading and coating applications, is a modified version of the spherodizer equipped with various plate and nozzle options.
