**Application & Process**  
The Pharmateq Lab Scale Comminuting Mill is designed for a wide range of applications, including wet and dry granulation, pulverizing, and dispersion of products in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, confectionery, fertilizers, insecticides, detergents, and food.

This machine, built with advanced engineering principles, consists of key components like the hopper, throat hopper, processing chamber, beater assembly, sieve, heavy-duty motor, overload starter, back frame, and a rigid structure with castors for easy mobility. The comminuting chamber is user-friendly and reversible, equipped with blades that have both knife and impact edges. 

The knife edges are used for granulating, chopping, cutting, and sizing, while the impact edges are ideal for grinding, pulverizing, blending, and mixing. The dynamically balanced rotor is mounted on a pillow block outside the chamber, effectively sealed in a fabricated housing to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
