The Pharmateq compact NewLABOcoata - Lab Auto Coater employs advanced technology for high-efficiency automated film and sugar coating, primarily used in pharmaceutical and food industries. This mechatronic equipment meets cGMP requirements and is designed to be energy-efficient, safe, and clean for coating tablets, pills, and candies with both organic solvent and aqueous film.
During the coating process, the tablets undergo continuous complex orbital motion within a closed rotating drum, influenced by a streamlined arrangement of baffles. Coating medium is automatically sprayed according to specific technological processes and parameters, while hot filtered air is supplied under negative pressure. This hot air penetrates through the tablet's core layers and is expelled from the bottom, ensuring that the sprayed coating medium dries rapidly and evenly, forming a solid and smooth surface film on the tablets.
