The PHARMATEK TabXpress-PUV is a high-speed, single-sided central drive pre-compression rotary tablet press suitable for medium-sized batch production, ensuring uniform tablet size and weight. The PHARMATEK PUV-20/27/30 is designed to exceed cGMP requirements, ensuring the most economical and efficient tablet production. The PHARMATEK TabXpress-PUV features a unique ergonomic design that allows for easy operation, fast changeover, and quick cleaning with minimal downtime.

High-Speed Operation: The TabXpress-PUV is a high-speed, single-sided tablet press with a central drive and pre-compression, suitable for medium-sized batch production. It is available in three models: "D," "B," and "BB" tooling.
User-Friendly Design: Features a simple and convenient operation, facilitating changeover, cleanliness, operator protection, and ease of maintenance.
Accessible Controls: All tablet parameter settings, including tablet thickness, weight adjustment, pre-compression pressure, and main pressure, are located at the front of the machine, outside the compression zone.
Adjustable Settings: Tablet parameters can be adjusted during operation from outside the tableting zone, ensuring easy accessibility for quick cleaning and product changeover.
Pre-Compression System: Enhances compressibility and improves tablet quality.
Central Drive System: The turret drive is a central drive from a closed gearbox, eliminating the need for gearing on the turret.
Electromagnetic Clutch: Utilizes an electromagnetic clutch for turret drive efficiency.
Variable Drive System: Features an AC frequency variable drive for both the turret motor and feeder motor.
Uniform Filling: Equipped with a force feeder system with a bottom drive for consistent weight filling.
Durable Components: Includes a 3-piece turret with an SS 316 die pot, upper punch penetration, and lower punch scraper seal.
Enclosed Drive System: The drive system is completely enclosed and sealed off from the pressing zone.
Aesthetic Design: Features an SS 304 closer at the bottom drive zone and acrylic glass surrounding the compression zone for visibility.
