The Pharmateq High Shear Mixer Granulator is designed for fast dry and wet mixing, homogenizing, humidifying, and granulating powders in the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, and plastic industries. Its compact, user-friendly design ensures ease of operation and maintenance.
The mixer uses a special four-arm impeller for dry mixing and wet granulating within a cylindrical drum. Multiple choppers intensify mixing, especially when adding liquids or pastes, and control granule size and structure. The process minimizes liquid use, reducing drying time and energy.
