Pharmateq Fluid Bed Processing is ideal for drying, cooling, agglomeration, and granulation of particulate materials, suitable for both heat-sensitive and non-heat-sensitive products in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, nutraceuticals, chemicals, food, and more.

Configurations include:

1. Fluid Bed Mixing and Drying: Solid particles are fluidized by an upward air stream through a perforated sheet, lifting and mixing them. Heated air evaporates fluids and dries the solids.

2. Fluid Bed Processor with Top Spraying for Agglomeration and Granulation: Fine powder is wetted with a binder solution via a top spraying system, forming granules. Continuous hot air dries the granules and prevents lumps. This process produces dust-free, free-flowing, and highly soluble granules, ideal for tablets and capsules.
