Application & Process
The Pharmateq Automatic Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine is ideal for filling dry syrup into bottles in pharmaceutical industries. It processes up to 12,000 bottles per hour with 24 heads and ±2% accuracy. The machine works with glass and HDPE bottles, filling 3g to 50g using change parts.
Operation:
Sterilized bottles move via the conveyor to the filling station. A lifter secures each bottle under the funnel. Powder in the hopper is agitated and dispensed by a vacuum-driven powder wheel. Excess powder is removed by doctor blades, and compressed air flushes the exact dose into bottles. Each cycle takes 5–6 seconds, and filled bottles exit for further processing.
