Application & Process
The De-Blister machine efficiently recovers all blister-packed products, except glass-filled items like vials. It features adjustable blades, making one cutter suitable for various pack sizes. The machine operates semi-automatically, requiring the operator to feed the packs. Tablets or capsules are extracted from one side, while the empty packs exit from the other. For thermoformed PVC with HSL-coated aluminum foil, recovery efficiency can reach 90%, but drops to 60% for glass-lined paper foils.
