Application & Process
The Pharmateq Conventional Coating Machine is used for sugar-coating tablets, pills, and similar products across various industries including pharmaceutical, confectionery, food, and others. Additionally, it is employed for rolling and heating beans, edible nuts, or seeds.
The product is placed inside the rotating pan, where the coating material is applied using a spraying system following a controlled process. The rotation of the pan ensures even coating as the material is sprayed. The machine is equipped with a variable-speed rotating pan, and an inbuilt hot air blower system provides rapid drying, heating, or cooling, resulting in a smooth and solid coating on the product.
