Application & Process
The PHARMATEK Combo De-Duster + Metal Detector consists of a vertical bottom-to-top de-duster integrated with a digital metal detector. The de-duster is equipped with frequency and power control drive, ensuring effective dedusting and deburring. All dedusting settings are managed from the metal detector interface.

The inlet can be rotated through 360 degrees, allowing convenient use for either right or left outlets of the compression machine. The system is designed for easy cleaning, and the entire de-duster assembly can be dismantled and reassembled within minutes without the need for tools.

The PHARMATEK Metal Detector features an aperture size of 75 mm in width and 25 mm in height, designed to detect metal contamination of 0.3 mm for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and 0.5 mm for stainless steel and above. It is equipped with an online auto-rejection mechanism, featuring high-speed flap operation via an electrical solenoid.
