The Pharmateq Tube Filling Machine is used for filling various semi-solid products like ointments, creams, toothpaste, gels, and other similar materials into aluminum or plastic tubes, followed by sealing the tubes. It finds applications across multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, adhesives, paints, chemicals, and more.
The Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is designed to ensure a completely automated and untouched process from filling to sealing. It comes in different batch capacities and can accommodate a wide range of tube sizes and shapes by simply changing parts. Equipped with highly accurate filling systems, the machine ensures precise, clean, and efficient filling at optimal speeds, delivering a high-quality finished product.
The Automatic Tube Filling Machine offers automatic feeding of tubes into holding cups, followed by filling, sealing, and ejection into the discharge hopper. The filling volume is easily adjustable to meet the desired weight, and the machine provides different sealing options: aluminum tubes can be sealed using a folding and crimping device, while PVC tubes are sealed with a thermo-heat sealing device. After sealing, coding can be applied to the sealed area using an integrated coding device. Before the filling process begins, tubes are cleaned with compressed air to remove dust and ensure a hygienic fill.
