The High-Speed Pharmateq Linear Bottle Washing Machine is ideal for round bottles, commonly used in the pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries. It features automatic loading onto an SS wire mesh conveyor and can unload bottles onto a turntable.
The machine offers a three-cycle rinsing process, customizable with fresh or demineralized water. It has SS 316 water contact parts on a sturdy SS base. The tunnel design maintains separation between the feeding and discharge zones, while isolating mechanical drives from the washing area, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical GMP standards.
