Application: The Pharmateq advanced tablet coating machine, designed for high efficiency, energy conservation, and safety, is ideal for film and sugar coating of pharmaceutical and food products. Complying with cGMP standards, it supports both aqueous and non-aqueous coatings, including enteric and non-enteric types, ensuring optimal productivity and superior product quality.

Process: Tablets move in an orbital motion within a closed rotating drum with baffles. The coating medium is sprayed onto the tablets, and hot filtered air dries them uniformly, forming a smooth surface film. An advanced PLC system with a touch screen interface controls the process.

Drum Geometry:

Mixing Elements:
